Refund policy

We want you to love your ChromaTee purchase! Since all our products are made 
specifically for you (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns or exchanges 
for reasons such as incorrect size ordered or change of mind. Please refer to 
our size chart carefully before ordering.

Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, 
please contact us within 30 days of delivery at printsofpeaceali@gmail.com 
with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate and arrange a replacement or 
refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Errors
If there was an error on our part (wrong design, wrong size shipped), we will 
correct it free of charge. Please report any issues within 30 days of receiving 
your order.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 
10 business days.
