Thank you for shopping with ChromaTee! Please review our shipping information 
below.

1. Order Processing Time
All our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand). Once your payment is 
confirmed, your order goes into production. Processing typically takes 
2-7 business days before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Times
After production, estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 3-5 business days
- International (rest of world): 5-15 business days, depending on destination

Please note these are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not 
guaranteed. Delays due to customs, holidays, or courier issues are outside 
our control.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the 
items in your order.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking 
information (where available) so you can follow your package's journey.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged 
by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included 
in the order total.

6. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ChromaTee is not 
responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the 
customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at 
printsofpeaceali@gmail.com before your order ships.

7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, 
please check with neighbors or your local courier office first. If the issue 
isn't resolved, contact us at printsofpeaceali@gmail.com and we'll help 
investigate.
